UKNY is still wholly owned by Zak Biddu who set up the company in 2005, following many years working with Big Management UK. Over a long career, he has worked with major artists and producers, and has been involved in the creation of numerous albums, including projects with Snow Patrol, Howie Day, Embrace, Sophie Elis-Bextor, U2, Bond, Kasabian, David Gray, Youth, Sir Paul McCartney and Jacknife Lee.

Beginning in the heartland of music with record production and artist management, Zak gradually built his business to include booking talent from across the industry, matching up performers with sponsors or brands and finally producing live events. With a team of event producers and partners that are amongst the best in the world, there is no project too big, and few ideas too out there, for UKNY to handle.

The music industry abounds in booking agents who have a specific roster of acts they’re promoting, or events managers who specialize in one arena or venue, not to mention promoters who are not well versed with the artists they’re supposed to be managing. Only UKNY has its roots deep in the heartland of the music industry. With a heritage of running huge international tours and a complete understanding of staging a performance or creating a record, UKNY produces seamless performances and events that are second to none – where everyone, from the audience to the artist, from sponsor to journalist, is delighted with the result.
